In his book, "Peace Be Unto You" by David T. Morgan, easy strategies and techniques are given on how to effectively conquer stress and anxiety in life. I have never considered myself as someone who has anxiety, but I know I could react much better to everyday things that stress me out. One of my favorite strategies Dr. Morgan outlines is visualization. He uses this technique to see things that cause anxiety or stress in a more positive way and to increase feelings of hope. I love how he gives small simple steps to each strategy to help you create greater peace in your life. He gives great parenting advice and shares personal examples as well as scriptural ones that help you apply the concepts to your own life. I have already used some of the techniques in this book on my children! He is expert at explaining things and making you feel your problems are surmountable. This book is a must read for anyone that has stress or anxiety in their life!

I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It’s simple, but profound insights have already started to make a difference for me as well as for those I have shared it with. The cover fits the content perfectly!!

My bouts with anxiety are few and far between, thank goodness. However, I know individuals who struggle with constant or near constant anxiety in their lives. The book provided helpful insight to anxiety disorder with practice suggestions on how to manage it day to day. There is also a chapter on how to help others suffering from anxiety. I am sure anyone suffering from anxiety willing to embrace the suggestions on how to manage it will find this book of great use and benefit. The book references scriptural examples and helps. LDS readers, especially, would recognize and appreciate the Book of Mormon references.

Excellent book. Very well written and thought out. As I read it, it feels as if someone finally understands me along with some excellent advice. I enjoy the gospel references as it is good to see them from a new perspective. Thank you for your work to help others!

I've had trouble understanding what my child is experiencing.Having read this book, I now can imagine what leads up to an attack, and what they're experiencing during an attack.It's written in a way that benefits all of us, using examples from the scriptures that we've read together for years (and giving us a new way that we can liken the scriptures to us).Now we can focus together in a more hopeful way on learning to "change the way we think so we can change the way we feel," as his book teaches.

Dr. Morgan uses well known stories to highlight ways to deal with everyday anxiety. It is easy to read, easy to follow, and outlines specific ways to help reduce anxiety. I have found these suggestions helpful in my life as well as helping my children deal with the anxiety they feel. I appreciate Dr. Morgan’s humor and down to earth ideas. I will be using this book as a resource for a long time.

I loved this book. It is a book that teaches lessons from the scriptures! Highly recommend to anyone with anxiety.

What I love about this book is that no matter who you are, you can learn something about how to manage anxiety in your life. This is such a necessary tool in our culture and time, when stress and anxiety are part of most people's lives. Dr. Morgan's book is easy to understand and I applied his strategies and tools immediately to my life. I love his stories and metaphors. Highly recommend!
