The content is similar to the Calamari and Perillo hornbook for contracts. It provides the essential contract Law. But, I was surprised at some of the errors I found, both technical and gramatical. Reading it makes you wonder if it was really written by attorneys. The book is filed with spelling an/or typographical errors. But, if you can get around the errors, it is a good source for quick review of contract law.

Really hard to understand the language. I had to read some parts 5-6 times and still could not follow the language! I doubt they have ever proofread this. Also, it includes too many views that makes it hard to follow the "black letter law"!
Love this outline. It focuses on the important parts of contacts and arranges the material in a way that makes sense. Really made Section 207 east to understand, which is no small feat. I credit this book for my contracts grade.
Had this book for Contracts during my 1L. For the most part it is pretty good to understand the topics, but occasionally it is flat our incorrect. My professor pointed out how the case book and outline did not coincide. If you need a Contract outline, use this one, but be very careful with taken it as BLACK LETTER LAW.
